Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the condition that you received it. This means it should be returned stain-free with the tags on and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to return it with your receipt as proof of purchase. 

We will notify you via email once we've received and inspected your return, and you will be informed whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded through your original payment method. PLEASE NOTE: It can take some time for your bank/credit card company to process your refund, once we have issued a refund it is no longer in our hands.
